Sauna America values your business and will make every effort see that your purchasing experience is enjoyable and satisfying
These are the basic guidelines we use for merchandise returns:
In order to receive a refund, get in-house credit or to make an exchange (less shipping and handling), most items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Ensuring the merchandise is still in new condition, in the original packaging with all of the manufacturer’s information is the responsibility of the purchaser. Sauna America will only accept returns from orders sent to the United States and Canada.
Sauna America will not grant returns for refunds or exchanges after 10 days after receipt. You must obtain a Return Authorization number by emailing info@saunaus.com including a complete description and the reason for returning the merchandise. You will receive a Return Authorization number from Sauna America.
At the sole discretion of Sauna America, returned items may have a restocking fee of 15% or more. If any of the merchandise returned is damaged, in a devalued condition or if packaging or re-crating is necessary there may be additional deductions. These items are non-returnable: buckets and ladles, towels and other textiles.
USPS, FedEx, UPS or RPS delivery refusals
In the event any item is refused for delivery by USPS, FedEx, UPS or RPS for any reason other than damage or Sauna America shipping error, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.
Commercial Freight Companies delivery refusals
In the event any items is refused for delivery by a commercial freight company for any reason other than damage or Sauna America shipping error, there will be a 25% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.
Pricing and Purchasing Disclaimer
All prices at www.saunaus.com are subject to change without notice. Occasionally items on our website get mispriced by mistake even though every effort is made to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information possible. Sauna America shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for product(s) listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic or technical errors from our suppliers. We will only charge the lower amount and ship you the item if the price is lower than our stated price on the website. We will cancel your order and notify you of a price error and order cancellation if the correct price is higher than our stated price. There will be an opportunity to purchase the items at the correct price if you wish. If we find that the item(s) that you have purchased are not actually available, we also reserve the right to cancel your order.
Shipping Disclaimer
If it is deemed necessary, we reserve the right to substitute “like” shipping methods.
Cancellations
Orders for the following can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and cannot be returned: Complete backyard log Sauna sets.
Policies
Liability will extend only to the amount of the invoice. Sauna America is not responsible for any delayed shipment due to shipping companies or back-logged manufacturers and distributors. Delays (occasionally) occur if equipment has to be special ordered directly from the manufacturer or distributor. We will be happy to refund your money if your order is delayed more than a reasonable amount of time, however, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranties
We warrant all of our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agree to remedy
Any such defects. All warranties exclude postage, shipping and handling charges in addition to charges for removal and installation. Warranties vary by product, but in general it should be understood that all warranty work must be done by Sauna America. Any unauthorized work by anyone else will void your warranty.

Your privacy is very important to us. We will never share or sell the personal information you provide to us.
